What do the device conditions mean?
Our devices have 3 varying conditions and all are 100% functional, tested and cleaned:
- Excellent - 90% Minimum battery health. Pristine screen condition with no scratches. Minimal signs of wear on case/body that are invisible from a 12-inch distance. Like-new look & feel.
- Good - Light scratches and signs of wear. Invisible at a 20cm distance with minimum 80% battery health.
- Fair - Visible scratches and possible dents. 100% functional, tested, & cleaned with minimum 80% battery health.

How do I track my order?

Below is a step-by-step guide that will help you with this.

STEP 2: View Tracking Information
If the order has not been dispatched you will not have a tracking link provided
When your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking ID and a tracking link. The link provided will redirect you to our delivery partner's tracking page. If you have any further questions about the delivery, please reach out to the courier partner by selecting "Contact courier" for further assistance.
If the courier cannot assist you and you need further assistance, feel free to click the “help” button.

How long does it take till I receive my order?
Generally, it takes 1–5 business days for your order to be dispatched from the warehouse and the delivery time frame will be between 1 to 10 business days depending on the delivery company.
Please note that once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We’ll aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

How do I download my Invoice?

Below is a step-by-step guide that will help you with this.
STEP 1: Log in to your account
Login to your account, for quick access, you may click here.
Once logged in, click "Account" to have the drop-down items and then click " Orders".
STEP 2: Download Invoice
Find your order and proceed to click "Download Invoice" and the invoice will be downloaded.
Important Note:
You will not be able to download your invoice (the button is greyed out) until your order has been shipped out. Give it a few more days for the vendor to ship the device.

How to create an account?
You can easily track your order, receive assistance for returning a device, generate an invoice, and contact our Priority Support team by setting up your account with the email address that you used to purchase your device.
There are 2 ways to create an account:
Method 1:
On the home page, click "Sign In" on the top right corner.
At the pop up, click "Create your account".
At the next page, you will need to fill in your details and proceed to "Create My Account"

You can click on the direct link here. You should be able to see the following page.
Insert your details and proceed to click "Create my Account".
How do I login into my account?
You can easily track your order, receive assistance for returning a device, generate an invoice and contact our Priority Support team by setting up your account with the email address that you used to purchase your device.
There are 2 methods to log into your account.
Method 1:
On the home page, click "Sign in" on the top right hand corner.
There will be a pop up where you will be able to insert the email you have registered with before and the password to login.
Note: You may be able to set up an account post purchase using the same email that you have used for ordering and you will be able to see your previous orders there.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click "Recover Password".

You can click the direct link here and the page will appear as below:

How do I unsubscribe from Salamw's newsletters?
Click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the Salamw newsletter/email you received. You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to key in your email address. After keying in your email address hit the Unsubscribe button and you're done.
Warranty & Returns
What is Salamw's Refund Policy?
In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund by checking out how to claim a refund here. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will receive the full refund within 7 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. In the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. This allows us to protect our devices and customers from others who misuse and abuse our return policy.
Returning an Item under Warranty

Below is a step-by-step guide that will help you with this.
STEP 1: Log in to your account

STEP 2: Choose the right device and warranty claim.
You should be able to see the orders you have made. You then can click "Warranty Claim" and the item will be sent for repairs/replacement. No buttons will be clickable if the warranty has expired.
Note: The Return button will be unavailable if the item has passed the 30 days return policy.

Step 3: Fill in the details
Fill up the details in the form. Please ensure that the information is accurate, otherwise this may affect the eligibility to return the device. A minimum of 4 pictures is required before submitting a claim.

Photos of smartphones and ipads/tablets must show:
1. The front of the device with all four corners visible
2. The back of the device with all four corners visible
3. Right Side of the device
4. Left side of the device
5. Top side of the device
6. Bottom side of the device

1. The screen with all four corners visible
2. The keyboard with all four corners of the laptop visible
3. Back and front case of the laptop
4. Right and left side of the laptop
For any other products that is not listed here, similarly, please do take clear photos avoiding reflections showing the front, back, and sides of your product.

Once you have submitted the claim, our CS team will get back to you within 48 hours with the return label. Instruction will be included in the email and you would need to follow it diligently.

STEP 2: Choose the right device and return.
You should be able to see the orders you have made. You then can click "Return" to proceed with the 30 days return policy claim.
Do not click on "Warranty Claim" while your 30 days return policy is still active.
