Instructions
Follow the installation guide included in the Tbox Plus Kit, it'll take about 2-3 minutes to setup.
1. Remove the Tbox Plus from the kit.
2. Connect via USB included.
3. Use the quick setup guide on your cars' display screen.

Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship the same day and once shipped, average delivery is 7-12 business days. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear and tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned.
Orders can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for an exchange, returned items must be in their original working condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear and purchased on the trymagicbox.com website. All accessories included in the original order must also be returned.
What apps can I use?
Step 1
Connect the Tbox Plus to your car's CarPlay/Android Auto-enabled USB port, using the provided cable.
Step 2
Select your preferred wifi source such as mobile hotspot. This is only necessary for the very first setup.
Step 3
Download your favorite apps from the app store or use our pre-downloaded apps to start streaming!

The Carlinkit T-Box Plus require a wired Apple CarPlay connection to work in your vehicle, please check out compatibility page to search for your specific vehicle make, model, and year.

Yes, it’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.
Do I need any additional apps to make it work?
Nope, we've pre-installed the most popular streaming apps to the box for you. The Google Play store is accessible from the box to download any app if you wish.
Does it play videos while the vehicle is in motion?
Yes, it'll work while in motion, but for safety and legal reasons you should only use The Carlinkit T-Box Plus while the vehicle is parked in a safe location. (Please check your local before using).

Will it work on iPhone & Android?
Yes, our product works great with both iPhone & Android. We simply use the CarPlay channel to allow our device to function so even if you have an Android phone, you'll still click into CarPlay from your display screen.
How to watch Netflix from Apple CarPlay?
Simply download the Netflix app within the Google Play Store using the Carlinkit T-Box Plus. Log into your account and start streaming your favorite shows.
How to play videos on CarPlay?
Turn your cars display screen into a smart TV using The Carlinkit T-Box Plus. Simply plug it into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with ours. Download any app and start streaming with The Carlinkit T-Box Plus.
